Nicole has always been an avid learner for the sake of improving her clinical skills as well as improving her ability to understand the human body. She has taken course in many areas including but not limited to; soft tissue therapy, rehab, functional medicine, chiropractic paediatrics, sports taping, nutrition, rehabilitation and mobility, dry needling, acupuncture, biomechanics, kinstretch, orthotic prescription, functional range assessments and much more.

Nicole continues to improve her skills on a daily basis by attending seminars, talks and keeping up with the current literature in her area of clinical work. She wants to not only figure out the root cause of your condition but also help guide you to treating and restoring full health. Restoration of full health is a process and should be a personal goal of each of us.

To achieve optimal full health we must focus on our lifestyle, nutrition, movement, mental and emotional health. The ultimate goal is to make you better than before not the same or as good but BETTER! Nicole says “If you strive for the same as when you were injured what would you expect? – INJURY – but if you strive for better then when you were injured what would you expect? –  OPTIMAL HEALTH”
