Our therapist at Live Free use a variety of techniques depending on the person and the individual situation. The focus is on you the client, and providing you with a safe, secure environment to explore your mental health in a way that creates lasting change. Often you will meet your therapist on a weekly basis but each person is unique as is the therapists process. Sessions can be done one to one, in small groups or as couples.
